The Sound Level Meter is an electronic device for measuring sound pressure levels and reacts to sound in a similar way to the human ear.
The INTEGRATION function allows the calculation of the equivalent continuous sound level (leq) which is the integral of the sound pressure over a period of time and determines the total sound energy.
